BIM GROUP COMMENCES THREE PROJECTS WORTH NEARLY VND 10.5 TRILLION IN QUANG NINH

In accordance with the plan of the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee to organize groundbreaking and inauguration activities in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, BIM Group and its member companies solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for three key projects in Quang Ninh Province, with a total investment of nearly VND 10.5 trillion.

The event was attended by leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council, and the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province, along with representatives of provincial departments, agencies, local authorities, and a large number of partners, consultants, and contractors.

Three key projects – multi-dimensional contributions to socio-economic development

Within the program framework, at Bai Chay Ward, Halong Marina Urban Area, BIM Group commenced construction of two projects: Polygon 3 Social Housing, with a scale of more than 2,500 apartments, contributing to meeting housing demand for workers, officials, and experts in the area; and the Aria Bay Towers Commercial–Service–Serviced Apartment Complex, which will help complete a high-quality urban, service, and tourism ecosystem in the Bai Chay area—the tourism hub of Quang Ninh Province.

On the same day, BIM Group also held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Broodstock Center and Industrial Aquaculture Project integrated with the Dam Ha Solar Power Plant, implemented in Dam Ha and Quang Tan communes, Quang Ninh Province, with a capacity of 100 MW. The Dam Ha Solar Power Plant is the first solar power project to be deployed in Quang Ninh, demonstrating an orientation toward high-tech agriculture integrated with renewable energy, in line with the province’s green and sustainable development strategy.

Confidence and long-term investment commitment in Quang Ninh

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Quang Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province, highly commended BIM Group for simultaneously implementing large-scale, multi-sector projects within the framework of the groundbreaking and inauguration program in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He noted that these projects would help promote investment and create new growth drivers for the locality.
